Games and game text appears in English with selectable languages whenever possible, and this chip is popular for the regions where people want European game titles and optional language settings. The 23608 indicates Export region, the "B" indicates revision B, with full compatibility with DIMMs, NET DIMMs of any software revision, GD-Roms, and link hardware.
