We do hope that you have enjoyed your online shopping experience and sincerely appreciate your business with us. In order to meet current standards, we have a limited return policy unless the item is damaged or defective. Our return/replacement policy is not valid on any orders shipped internationally. "One of a Kind" items (i.e. MVS Consoles) are not eligible for direct return/refund, until a dispute between the creator and customer is settled.

For replacement of damaged or defective products:

If you receive a shipment of inserts that is defective or damaged, you must contact us within 15 days of delivery to receive your replacement item. Refunds will not be issued on defective merchandise. Please email us at neohomebrew@gmail.com regarding defective prints. Emails will be answered as soon as possible (most likely within 24-48 hours).

If you receive an item that does not meet your satisfaction, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.

If the product is eligible for return, you will be issued a return merchandise authorization.

It is the customers responsibility to return the item to in proper packaging and with insurance to protect against shipping damage.

Upon receipt and approved inspection of your returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the purchased product(s). Shipping will not be refunded.

Please note, it may take 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
